Insurance and Billing
Eye Surgery Center of Tulsa accepts most major insurance. We will bill your insurance carrier for you; however, we cannot tell you what your policy will cover. Since your insurance policy and coverage are between you and your carrier, we urge you to contact them prior to your procedure. You will be responsible for any co-pays and deductibles.

Wow this experience of getting cataract's removed was amazing..I'm looking forward to Sept 28,23 get my left eye..go thru the whole process of eye drops.. love the nurses and Dr.....no glasses.. I been wearing glasses since I was 7 years old....Dr.Siddiqui was amazing put me at ease and telling me what's he doing..
