The prices listed below represent our cash-pay prices for the most common procedures performed at the Eye Surgery Center of Tulsa.  Please note that if a patient has insurance, these prices may not necessarily reflect what a patient will ultimately pay.  Insurance plans determine the rates for their members as well as coverage criteria and patient co-pay requirements. Additionally, the listed prices do not reflect any unforeseen complications or additional tests or procedures that may be required.
